どうも。

今まで自分が目標としていた仕事とやって来た仕事に対して、新しい仕事というのはどういう立ち位置になるのか考えてみた。

今までの仕事はチームや個人の近くに寄り添い、近い距離で毎日を過ごすことによってお互い濃密な時間を過ごす。だから他から見たら些細なことでも自分たちにとっては大きく濃いものに当てはまる。いいも悪いもトレーナー業になってからはこの働き方しかしたことないので、だからこれから離れることにまだ踏ん切りがつかないんだと思う。

でも今日考えたのは俺がやっていたことは、とあるスポーツのメディカルというほんの一部分にしか過ぎないということ。それがやりたくてやっていたんだけど、ふとそうだと思った。

今回の新しい仕事は違う。選手たちとの距離は離れるが、そのスポーツの発展に寄与することができるし、変革を起こせることができる。これは現場にいてもなかなかできないし、そのような仕事も現場の仕事同様なかなかできることではないと思った。だから広い意味でラグビーを普及・発展させるために尽力していきたいと思う。

I thought about what kind of position a new job would be in contrast to the job I had been aiming for and the job I had come up with.

Until now, my work has been to be close to teams and individuals, and to spend close time with each other by spending every day at close distances.

So even the smallest things from the other side apply to the big and dark things for us.For better or for worse, I've only worked in this way since I became a trainer, so I think I still haven't decided to leave.

But what I thought about today was that what I was doing was only a small part of the medical of a sport.I wanted to do that, but suddenly I thought so.

This new job is different.

You can be far from the players, but you can contribute to the development of the sport and make a difference.

I thought that this was difficult to do even in the field, and that such work was not as easy as the work in the field.Therefore, I would like to make an effort to popularize and develop rugby in a broad sense.
