どうも。

久しぶりの2日連続更新です。仕事が今の所2日連続休みなので。

このブログ書くのとは別にラグビーのYouTubeチャンネル見ながらシャドーイングしてるんだけど、なんか前より英語がスムーズに口に出せてる気がする。続けたい。

今の所やってる仕事は本当に昔のドラマの中でしかやっていなかったOLがやるような仕事だと思うんだけど、一応ちょっと働いて見てビジョンはできつつある。とにかく組織に老人が多いというのが一番気になるところで新陳代謝がなされていない組織体質なんだと思う。もちろんほとんどが無給でやってくれていて支えてもらっているのではあるが、やはり組織としてプロフェッショナルを目指していかなければいけないと思う。能力のある人を呼んで、組織をさらに向上できるように、もっというと能力の高い人がここで働きたいという環境を作っていかないといけない。やりがいに逃げないでしっかりと休みと報酬を出す組織でありたい。そのためには提案できる立場になって、意思決定権を得なければならない。だから理事になるしかない。歴代で一番若い理事を目指す。

近道はないから明日も地道にコツコツ頑張ろう。

I think that the work I'm doing so far is the kind of work that an office lady does, which was only done in old dramas, but I'm starting to have a vision after working a little.Anyway, I think that it is an organizational constitution that is not metabolized where the most worrisome thing is that there are many elderly people in the organization.Of course, most of them are unpaid and supportive, but I think we must aim to become a professional as an organization.

We have to create an environment where highly qualified people want to work here so that we can call in talented people and further improve the organization.

I want to be an organization that gives a solid rest and rewards without running away for rewarding.
